Great room, comfortable bed ,great breakfast and friendly staff. Everything you want away from home. The cookies were great.

Good hotel in KY

I've stayed at this hotel before. When I tried to get a room 2 months ahead of time thru Hilton I could not reserve but could thru Expedia

Dirty and no hot water

No hot water.!!!!!!!!!!! Booked at expedia and took 45 minutes to get thru reservation with non English literate reservationists. He did not book what I asked, did not upload the extensive infoatopn he asked me for like my address, phone number so I had to go thru the entire info at check in. Reservation was not what I asked for- requested a non smoking king room and a handicap room was assigned. So I moved to another room - 2 queen beds beside the mechanical room which was noisy! Neighbors were loud and rowdy. I could hear every step of the people above me. My room key didn't work nor access to the gym after I fixed the room key issue.

Nice place overall

Nice Hotel that smells of smoke in the public areas, especially in the elevator. Our room was clean and comfortable. We would be happy to stay here again.

Great hospitality, the staff very professional

Everything was really good, the only convenience was the heater, was a little to cold and the other thing is that they don't offert room service, other than that is a great hotel

couldn't have been better

From check-in to departure, this was a very good value. Comfortable beds, no glaring lights shining through curtains that wouldn't close completely, nice-sized bathroom, no traffic noise outside. The only down side was that my GPS couldn't find it exactly.

Great Hotel

I recently stayed for an event and I was quite surprised. I was offered a wake up call and I didn't have to plug up my phone next to the door. They had friendly helpful staff. I would definitely stay here again

Hotel close to home

There was only a couple of issues we had with our stay. We could hear the people up above us walking around. The biggest problem was when you took a shower it made a really loud squeaking noise you could hear through out the room.

Comfortable and clean hotel

We look forward to staying at this Hampton after a long day of travel. The bed and room are like "dreamland". It keeps us coming back year after year.

出張・家族連れにも最適

フロント，スタッフの方々は親切に対応してくれました．ホテル内にレストランは無いので，夕飯の心配をしておりました．しかしながら，目の前にスーパーがあり，そのスーパーは惣菜も充実しているため，スープ，サラダ，メインの肉料理，ビールを調達し，充実した夕食を味わえました．朝食は，ホテル内で食べることができ，日本では見られないワッフルを自分で焼く機械を使いおいしく頂きました．部屋の中では道路の音は聞こえなく，快適に眠ることができました．部屋の中の設備は，電子レンジ，冷蔵庫，ベット，テレビ，シャワー，トイレ，ドライヤー，石鹸，シャンプー，リンスがありました．日本の皆様が忘れがちなものとして，歯ブラシは通常どうり置いてません．しかし，忘れたとしても前述のスーパーで買えます．

for business, its the closest thing to home

very comfortable...the breakfast was better than most places i have stayed....hampton inns are probably my favorite place to stay across the country....for work, anyway.

Lack of staff and quality rooms

I had reserved a non-smoking room with 2 queen beds for 3 adults. When we arrived we discovered that we had a smoking room with 1 king bed. We were told nothing else was available and offered a roll away bed. The room was small and it was difficult to have space to move around in the room with the extra bed. There was only one person at the desk who had to bring up the bed and also came to spray the room to remove some of the smoke smell. We will not stay here again.

Outstanding Hotel.

A little hard to find but worth it. The staff bent over backwards to help in any way. The meeting area and room were very clean. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was very good. This was a great place to stay.

Great value for the money!

Just there for one night but impressed with the experience overall. Room clean and the bed very comfortable. Check-in extremely busy at the time we arrived but front desk employees were very efficient, very short wait to get checked in.

A DUMP

A dump. Spotty wireless internet access. Poor room cleanings with dirty items left from previous occupants. Room and bed sheets were damp. Front desk staff were unfriendly. l never stay here again.

it does not have a lounge/bar like the website says it does... and the pool was cold.
