Our stay checked off most of the boxes of what we needed. Everything was clean, front desk staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. Disappointed that the pool was closed, and in the room, the mattress was pretty old and saggy. Overall would absolutely stay here again !

Had a Decent Stay with a Major Hiccup

Have stayed here before several times. Always had a good stay. Staff is very nice. This stay was not so great. We booked a 2 room suite. When we arrived we were told we could not get the room because we had a pet. This is NOT stated anywhere on the site. We were given a smaller room and a single room. I booked this hotel for the simple reason of having 2 rooms. We were told they could not give us a rate reduction because we booked the room on. 3rd party site, being Hotels.com, so we were stuck. Our 4pm check in, became 4:35pm. We had to sit in the lobby for 35 minutes waiting for another room. Overall the hotel is nice and the staff is very friendly. The location is great in terms of being close to things. However, the area outside the hotel is a little suspect.

The city had a water main break. We found out from a local restaurant that you could not use the water for the next 4 days. When we asked the hotel. The one lady at the front desk laughed about it and said yeah just go buy bottled water. They gave us no water for our room even though the town was told the water was contaminated and to not use it at all.

I’ve stayed here twice. Both times it was good enough and I’d likely stay there again. I stayed in their king suite with a fancier bath. The main issue is that the dresser drawers in the living area were off their tracks so didn’t close properly. Seems like a minor but visually obvious detail that a manager and staff would attend to anytime theirs a room change.
