I’m extremely disappointed with our recent stay at this Holiday Inn. Upon arrival, we encountered two employees openly smoking weed near the front corner of the building—not something you expect to see at a reputable hotel. Thankfully, the front desk clerk acted quickly and addressed the situation.
Unfortunately, the problems didn’t end there. Our room had a noticeable ant infestation—ants were crawling near the beds and even in the bathroom. We also found someone else’s hair on a towel and discovered a cracked sink. These are basic cleanliness and maintenance issues that should never be overlooked.
To top it all off, there was no breakfast available the next morning, which was frustrating and unexpected.
It’s disappointing to see a brand like Holiday Inn slipping like this. This experience did not live up to the standards we’ve come to expect. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements.
