The air conditioner in my room kept shutting off frequently, making the room not cool enough. I first tried calling reception using the in-room phone, but no one answered. I then had to use my personal mobile phone, and it still took several attempts before someone picked up.
A staff member came to check and suggested changing rooms. However, since it was already past midnight, it was inconvenient for me to pack up, though I was fine with just moving to another bed. The staff refused, and I was left to sleep in an uncomfortably hot room.
The next morning at checkout, I informed the front desk about the incident, but there was no apology or acknowledgment.
This experience was extremely disappointing. Once is enough—I will not return to this hotel
