Every one was so nice and accommodating. Room and beds were very comfortable. The only thing is the road in front is a mess but not their fault. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff was polite and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. There was some remodeling in progress that was unexpected, but the staff made the stay pleasant so you overlooked the issue.

Clayton at the front desk did a great job checking us in. He was friendly and professional. The beds are super comfortable and it’s a nice sized room. There was construction out on the road in front of the hotel so it was a bit confusing to get in.

Three things cost this property 5 star rating: The second shift desk clerk is rude...and this isn't our first encounter with her. The AC unit in room 217 is very loud, and has not been repaired during the several times we have stayed in that room. The bed is on rollers and won't stay put!

My only issue was having to sit in the lobby for a few hours until my ride was able to pick me up, because of an ealier late check out policy, I get it but it was a little inconvenient for me. Otherwise staff was really nice, It was clean. AND QUIET.

Everything was pretty good for the most part. Not sure what the point of a 12pm checkout is if the housekeeping staff is going to knock on the door every hour starting at 9am even with the do not disturb on the door. But other than that it was a good stay.

When I got to the hotel, the gentleman was very nice. His name was Jordan and he was very professional and friendly. I let him know that my ring was dirty and he offered to clean it and I told him maybe the next day somebody could clean it. There was bathwater in the tub and it was dirty, and there was still food in the refrigerator from the guest before us. There was something red all over the blanket on the bed. The next day when I asked the lady at the front desk to have somebody clean it, she was very rude and unprofessional. And nobody ever cleaned the room while I was there.

Very nice stay

Nice stay. The pool was closed, unfortunately Hotels.com wasn't updated with this information. TV had some issues, I would have known this if only I read the reviews, it should be fixed by now. But the hotel was nice, rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly, the girl who checked us in didn't seem like she cared for her job but everyone else were very nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.
