Very disappointed
Sadly, this was my 3rd stay here since October I believe, and I was rather unhappy. My mom and I went this time versus my 2 solo trips. There were not enough toiletries or towels for 2 people upon arrival. They had no Heat on in room with 20° or less temperature. I didn't even get an apology when I had to go to desk and ask for what should have already been in the room for 2 people. They parked there own truck directly in front of door for guests the whole time there with snow and ice on ground that they never made any effort to cleanup or make safe for guests. Not impressed at all!! There breakfast isn't sufficient or food fit to eat other than tiny bagels or waffle you make. Fresh Fruit out is old and rotted, yuck. And they were vacuuming outside my door at 9:45 pm on Christmas night??? How's that reasonable for paying guests??

We had an issue with our tub we brought it to their attention it took them 4 days to take care of the issue after asking them several times to get it fixed the heater in the room did not work right we had to have it all the way up to 80 or 90 just to get the room warm there was an open soap still left in the bathroom on the Trey near the bathroom sink to wash your hands internet didn't work for the first three nights everyday it's the same thing for breakfast they don't switch it up nothing but turkey sausage and egg omelets the best thing about it was the pool and the other good thing is they have a washer and dryer there that you can do your own laundry $2 to wash and two dollars to dry

Is the person in the room opposite okay?
I am slightly worried about the person in the room opposite. When we first went to the room around 2pm a sealed burger king bag and soda carton were left outside the room opposite. They were clearly untouched and had been delivered. When we returned to the room at 9pm, they were still outside. Then the next morning at check out, the burger meal and soda carton were still there. I have to know- is that person okay? Did they survive? Why didn't you clean the corridor? Grim. Otherwise the room was fine, very basic but fine. The heater was super noisy though.
