Perhaps a language barrier but the young woman who checked us in was rude at every encounter. This is a 3 star hotel at best. Elevator didnt go to our room, which was unbearbly hot. Hallways and stairs were dirty. Mini fridge not stocked. Full ashtray on balcony.

He went above and beyond helping me with the situation. Hotel location, parking and dining options are superb. Breakfast was excellent. Nicely situated hotel that was close to shopping and dining. Room was huge but it had almost no furniture in it and the furniture it did have seemed like stuff they got from an apartment somebody was moving out of. Our room was right next to a park that was decent to look at but had a lot of noise coming from it later in the evening. All in all we were satisfied and would not avoid this hotel. Parking was very convenient.

The hotel was basic. There wasn’t shower gel or shampoo. The room was on a very busy street so sleep was not my friend. Also, the room was quite warm. I couldn’t adjust the temperature.

The hotel was nice and staff were very helpful. However, there was construction in front of the hotel which made it difficult to get to. But once we found a way around the construction it was easy. Plus the bus stop was a 2 minute walk from the hotel. We were able to take the bus to the castles easily with the Füssen card that you get a check-in.
