December Bryce Canyon trip
The room heater was a bit annoying cutting on every few minutes and off again all night. The rooms are clean but a bit outdated but it was great for the money. The restaurant, food and service was great! It was the only place open during our December trip.

Ok for price
Seemed dated. Bed and bathroom were clean. Big place with several 2-story sections. Had room way in back which was a little walk to fromt desk and restaurant.

Very convenient stay just outside of Bryce Canyon NP. We stayed in winter. The heat and water temperature were all good. The rooms are old and amenities are dated. However, that did not dampen our stay.

The staff members are wonderful!
Ruby’s Inn is about the only option in town, so it could be much worse than it is. Our room was moderately comfortable and updated. The staff at the Inn were ALL wonderful, which is any business’ greatest asset. The lunch and dinner options are all moderately bad (and literally no restaurants not owned by this hotel were closed in the off-season), and the coffee is terrible (which is true in pretty much all of Utah), but the breakfast was pretty good. In general, the value and location were definitely worth the cost!

Don’t stay is you want a good night sleep
We are a traveling family, but this is by far the worst hotel room I've ever been in! Let me list some of the things:
*The room feels and looks like cheap motel back in the 70's
*The building is so old that even someone is just waking it sounds like this place is going to collapse
*The pillows are so deformed and lumpy that you can not get comfortable
*When ever the heating system comes on it's so loud that wakes you up
*The room is so far away from the restaurant and the pool very inconvenient
*The toilet water is none stop running
Overall it's very disappointing and if we do return to Bryce we will never stay again

It was a pleasant stay. Room was very clean. Bed was very comfortable. It was quiet outside i rest pretty good slept thru the night. Thier breakfast buffee was also good. Very filling. We enjoyed it before we head back home to SLC. I love staying at Rubys in whenever we had a trip to Bryce Canyon.
