Made reservation for room 1 week in advance king size bed, microwave, and refrig. Upon arrival no king bed. Reception tried to tell me reservation was for a room with two queens. Showed my confirmation and story changed. Asked for a discount since didn’t get what I reserved. Could only be approved by manager (Margarita) who was not available until next morning. Got to room ac was broke, no toilet paper, tv remote missing, no refrig or microwave. Back to reception got new remote. Maintenance staff brought refrig. Water pressure for shower extremely low (see pic) and sink was a mist as the aerator screen clogged. (See pic) Maintenance man replaced ac next morning. Next day spoke to manager. Told me reserved room had a broken tub and could not be occupied. Again asked for a discount. Manager said she could probably get approved. Check out morning. Had a 0900 softball game. Got to office at 0800 to talk to reception and clear. Waited nearly 30 minutes with two other occupants for someone to come. No one did, I had to drop key card in slot and leave. Probably will not get a discount!
