Where to begin…the hotel is under construction, which generally isn’t an issue, but the whole hotel was under construction. Poor insulation so I could hear it as early as 6:00 am. Room was freshly painted but the painters didn’t cover the small 32” tv, lights above the bed, nor anything else creating paint speckles over everything. Shower rod was so poorly installed that the shower curtain wouldn’t stay on either end of the rod so I had to take the grommets and hook them onto the bases of the rod that were sticking out of the wall because there were previous holes from another shower rod. Holes in the shower ceiling, water damage above the window alcove with a wooden stick holding the window closed. TV on a precariously mounted arm. A power strip dangling on side of water damaged desk connecting the fridge, lamps, etc.; a definite fire hazard! Poor WiFi that I could never maintain service on and had to use my own hotspot. The bed was concave and I would roll to the middle once getting into bed. Side door always propped open due to construction with construction material throughout parking lot causing great concern for my car’s tires. No bell at front desk, therefore I waited for over 20 minutes to check out and get a receipt and eventually gave up waiting. The list goes on! I can guarantee that the Wyndam resort chain would be mortified that their name is associated with this hotel. It was so horrible that I took a video and just had to laugh.
