We checked into the room. The toilet had pee inside it and the handle to the toilet was completely broken so it did not flush. There was also dirty towels in the bathroom altogether very gross.

This motel has seen better days. The rooms have been sort of upgraded. The bed was very comfy, so were the pillows. It was clean in the rooms. Outside pathways are showing wear. The breakfast was lacking in healthy food. Housekeeping on request worked okay for me as a single traveler.

Then I arrive and am told the pool is broken and my only option is to drive to Holyoke and use another property’s pool. If a major amenity is not working or available, it should be noted when booking. I’d like a partial refund since my full rate included a pool and we didn’t get what we paid for.
