Our hotel stay at Spark was fine. The room was overall clean, but everything felt outdated. Some of the buttons in the elevator donât light up, the carpet is stained throughout the hotel, and the room felt old. Breakfast was left to be desired; packaged muffins and cereal with an unrefrigerated milk jug on the counter were present.
The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel had been renovated recently and was very clean. The location was very close to restaurants and stores if you forgot anything you need while traveling.
Cold very limited cheap grade breakfast. Does not meet Hilton quality expectations. Hotel appeared new in pictures. Instead, old hotel renovated with low grade materials. Floors squeaked in hallway and room. Mattress protector plastic feel material with cheap wrinkled thin bedding. Uncomfortable to sleep on. Pool broke/closed. Overpriced compared to competitors. Good cosmetic interior decorating in room. Updated bathroom and furniture. HVAC worked well. Very clean. Very nice staff.
Overall our stay was good. The rooms have been updated and are clean. The walls are thin and you can hear every noise outside the room. The TV was nice and updated, but the remote to turn up the volume was missing. We had to ask the front desk for help. The breakfast was extremely limited to variety. Mainly bagels and toast. No fresh fruit or waffles. The pool was out and was looking forward to using it.
