Come for wet towels, clogged WC, annoyed clerks!
It all started with a unpleasant greeting. A teenager wearing a hoodie and a beanie on his head came to the front desk asking what is your name instead of greeting properly. I booked a room facing the center patio and pool, he said those all were taken. We got a one first floor with window facing traffic street. WC was clogged or had slow drainage. Plumber took a while to show up and couldn’t fix the problem. They have a big problem with slow drainage. Folded towels ready to use were wet. I guess those were taken out from the dryer before it was time. You can hear (and can be heard) everything what’s happening in the neighboring room. Doors are old and don’t have any kind of insulation to prevent this from happening. Parking lot is in a 2nd floor, so when you park you need to find your way to the lobby by crossing one door, then use an elevator (no stairs at sight), walk across dining and bar to get to the lobby. At checkout, there was an older person not caring about how was my visit. I asked for my invoice showing zeros, and he got annoyed for the request. This is not Wyndham great service and hospitality I get in other cities. I guess this used to be a very nice hotel back in the early days. Not anymore, I won’t return.
