Good stay overall, and staff was very helpful. But a complaint: Like many long-distance travelers, we carry a cooler. The ice packs need to be refrozen nightly, and when as with this BW, if the room refrigerator does not have an ice compartment the hotel will put them in the freezer. Here, not so: we were told that the hotel manager, Pablo Lopez, does not allow staff to enter the kitchen. This absurd directive does a disservice to customers.
