We had a great night's stay at the Winthrop Inn. The receptionist was full of good information about dining options (Hwy 20 pizza was SOO good!) and absolutely pleasant to talk to! We took our dog and there was lots of space for him to exercise.

Winthrop Inn outperformed my expectations for an economy motel. I got a clean, quiet, spacious room with a great bed. The staff are kind & friendly. If you got extra money then by all means treat yourself to a more luxurious place - but if you need to spend less on lodgings then this is better than most.
