Where to begin. This place is awful. We arrived around 5 pm our room was not ready. Had to wait an hour before to get into it. Missing light fixtures, lights not working, no soap had to go ask, staff was very sketchy, no refrigerators, NO FREE breakfast as advertised, towels looked like they got at thrift store, beds have no mattress pads - ew -, linoleum in bathrooms were all torn up. Do not stay here.

This was by far the worst motel we have ever stayed at. WAY OVER PRICED unfortunatly it was the only place available. the property was run down, the carpet filthy, the carpet next to the bed was sticky, the floors were uneven, the furniture was mix matched (like, garage sale) as well as the bedding, pillows and towels. There was no toilet paper, tissues, soap, or body wash. The air conditioner didn't work, the lamp switch was broken. The only way to use the lamp was by plugging it in. There are stains or burns on the tub. There is a place on the wall they may have repaired and painted it a different color. Very out dated. There is a big sign on the outside stating Free Continental Breakfast...there was none. There was a coffee pot in the room, but no coffee. (though at one time there was 'cause the grounds were still in the coffee pot) The ice maker is a counter top version that makes 2 cups at a time, so I used all the ice when I filled my water bottle. The garbage cans on the porch were filled to the top the entire time we were there. Barely room to fit my 1/2 sandwich in. The beautiful flower pots shown on the porch on the website, have two stems of silk flowers randomly stuck in it. The entire town is run down. Basicly only two fast food places to eat and the casino. Don't recommend staying here. (though I will say the office gals were very friendly and apologetic)

We arrived at 8 pm and were told our rooms were not ready yet, to go down the street ( a long walk) and have dinner at the casino and then our rooms would be ready. Really! Not ready at 8 pm…when we got back… Our rooms were filthy. Hair in the bath tubs, hair and hair ties ( from who knows who) on the bathroom floor. No towels ( they forgot) and the stench of smoke was so bad I had to leave my door wide open all night. Which brings me to the noise and danger. Gun shots, drag racing, fireworks and LOTS of LOUD partying. No sleep till 5 am for the entire hotel! Ridiculous. I will never stay at this hotel or for that matter in Browning Montana ever again. Dirty, loud, scary and completely rude service everywhere we went. I feel completely robbed of 400 dollars!! Disgusted And never book on Expedia, unless you know the hotel!! You have no recourse!

Despite having a reservation for more than 6 months in advance, we arrived and told they were fully booked. We showed them our reservation with Expedia, but didn’t make a difference. Front clerk said the manager was fired the day before and she was left trying to deal with the aftermath. She got the owner of the motel on the phone who offered for us to stay at another one of her properties 12 miles down the road. Because nothing else had vacancies, we had no choice but to accept. “Dancing Bears”, name of motel #2, is a dilapidated ruin found on a dirt road with other demolished buildings next door and across the street. The front clerk was clearly strung out on something and couldn’t string two words together that made any sense whatsoever. He showed us to our filthy room with old bedding, stained frayed towels, and lumpy mattresses. Because we had no other choice but to accept these conditions. we decided to peel off the comforter and sleep on top of the sheets with our street clothes on. As of the roasting train rumbling by at night and the paper thin window “coverings” and light on outside glaring into the room want enough, we could hear and feel rats nesting in our mattress in the middle of the night. No lie. No exaggeration. It was horrific. There was nobody at the front counter to complain to our check out so we just left.

Checking in, the employee spent more time trying to settle a naked crying baby than he did checking me in. I received a key with number 20 on it, and our unit number was 10. I asked if this was a mistake and was told that it was intentionally done to confuse the homeless people who get their hands on the keys (never heard of this tactic before). We entered the room to a smokey smell and quickly decided it would be most sanitary to sleep in our sleeping bags rather than the bed. The TV had no remote. They do claim to have a continental breakfast, and to an extent they do - it was a single loaf of white bread and a shared jar of grape jelly. I asked the concierge the best place to eat in town and he pointed me to the casino that was filled with children. 0/10, would not recommend.

Our reservation was lost. Had to pay more than we booked for, but no other rooms available in the area so we were stuck. No regular maintenance takes place, few working outlets, no hot water, stained bedding, disgusting shower curtain, manager hid when asked for help with problems. NEVER STAY HERE!!

This is the worst overall experience I've had with Expedia. The facility cancelled our reservation and didn't have a listing for us from Expedia, gave us a very small room and charged us for the larger one. Couldn't get the "free" breakfast before 8:00 AM. Would not recommend this place. I thought Travel Insurance to the tune of $18.00 might help, but no luck!
