4 of us Showed up, was told only 3 allowed to a room (hotel policy) even though there was two queen sized beds in the room. Was charged an extra 200 dollars on top of the cost of the room just to allow the 4th person to stay in my room. Then to top it all off there was NO WATER in the whole hotel. Couldn’t take a shower, couldn’t brush my teeth. The owner kept saying the tank was getting filled. Took 2 hours to get water. Wasn’t able to shower before our dinner reservations. This made us leave our trip early and not stay the second night. Very dissapointed. I wanted a refund for the second night and he wouldn’t give it to me. Terrible terrible service and hospitality.

Nice simple and quite.
Just reopened not to long ago and they are doing remodeling. It does have a lodge style feel and is only 5 minutes from k-1 base lodge. I would recommend if your there for the riding.

Very strange experience, agree with other reviews there is only one employee here. - Paul and many of the advertised amenities are not operational. While he tried to be accommodating, he also charged us separately for the room even though I had already paid through Expedia. After a long checkout conversation and a phone call the extra direct charge was reversed. All the same, I will not be back, there are other options that I’m sure would operate more like a regular hotel.

Close to both Killington and Pico. Owner is friendly but was a little overwhelmed by the volume at check in. Once we were in our rooms everything was great. Would definitely stay again.

Do not stay here- we arrived for check in around 4pm and then had to wait four hours until the staff finally cleaned out room. No legit check in/check out paperwork or receipts. I will be getting my money back- it ruined our ski trip and was outrageous due to their issue 'overbooking.'

Upon arriving at the property, the parking lot was unplowed except for directly across from the entrance. Once inside, we were greeted and after a short while the inn keeper went and checked our room, and then showed us to it. I was told that the hot water takes a long time to heat up. The room was clean. I was told there was breakfast but we had to tell them if we would be joining. It appeared he was the only staff. The restaurant and bar as well as the indoor heated pool were not opened nor would they be. All were listed as amenities. While the bed was comfortable, you could hear neighboring room conversations. In the morning when trying to shower, the water was a little more than a dribble coming out and when switching to shower, it was worse. After giving it a few minutes i gave up. When leaving for the mountain there was nobody at the desk. I had called and left a message and received no reply. I called Expedia and explained that i would not be going back for the second night. They called the property and i was told to speak with the property manager. I have since left another message and have not heard back from the property. For what they charge a night there are several more places to stay in the surrounding area.

We recently stayed here this past weekend. The owner Paul goes above and beyond, you can see he takes pride in making his guests feel comfortable. He is so accommodating and was always checking on us to make sure everything was good. He recently renovated and everything was perfect. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. The main areas were super clean and pristine! The location is so close to Killington. We will definitely come back and stay again! 😊

The inn is newly renovated and very nice inside. Especially the lobby and common areas. Rooms are basic but also renovated and clean. Walls are thin however and you can hear conversations in the room next door. Bed was very firm which I liked but my partner did not as she prefers something softer. But obviously that’s someone’s personal text.
