We had fault air conditioning for our full three day stay which was not resolved in a satisfactory manner. This resulted in very poor sleep over three nights with the only solution offered being to call the receptionist during the night (every 2-3hours) to have them reset it when the stifling heat woke us. The window in the room also had no lock and could open fully (was this because of previous occupants of room 407 having the same issue?) . This is both a Health and Safety and security issue. I was eventually told the manager would discuss with us on our day of departure however they were not available so I was advised to email them !!! Also difficulties with the second reward room I had booked which took time to resolve. This was not a relaxing stay!!
