Wonderful welcome at the Inn on a Friday night. Treated to a glass of champagne, then were taken to our building and given a thorough tour of our room and the common areas we could use in the building. Casual dinner at Sharpshooters next door on the property. Sharpshooters was between the main Inn and the building our room was located in. Our room was nice, pretty Victorian style with queen bed, sitting area, and large bathroom. The closet was quite musty smelling however and that never went away despite keeping the door open. Most likely associated with the floor drain in the closet? Precious little hot water in the jaccuzi tub and shower both days of our stay. Had been particularly looking forward to that after biking the Battlefield on Sat. Breakfast Sat. Am was good in the Inn. Unable to get a reservation for dinner Sat. night despite making plans Monday. In hindsight, that was fortuitous. We has dinner at Sidney Willoughby, just a few blocks away, which was delicious and service excellent. Breakfast Sun. Am was very good. Our room at the Inn was quiet, as it was in a separate building, room #14, just a very short walk over to the Inn.
