Such a great property - difficult to find any fault. Extremely courteous, friendly, helpful and welcoming. Lovely gifts when we arrived and left, free laundry service, complimentary massage, fantastic restaurant, beautiful room. Puts virtually any 5 star hotel to shame.

The hotel is lovely. The staff arranged pick from bus station and we had a welcome drink on arrival. Our room was huge and the air con worked well...plus a ceiling fan. The pool was handy as it was so hot. Restaurant does food all day abd staff helped to organise mooed rental. The bed in our room was a little hard for our liking but did not spoil our stay which was relaxing. Wifi a little slow at times. Would recommend staying

It was a nice place to stay

Excellent staff, they go out of their way to serve you! We got picked up at the hotel and i was sick, throwing up in the car. It was only 10am and check in was at 2. The lady who picked us up called the hotel and had our room ready as soon as we got there. Not only they checked us in immediately but sent us complimentary drinks and hot tea! The service is better than some 5 star hotels I've stayed in before.
I definitely recommend it and i will stay there again in the future!

This hotel is one of the nicest I have ever stayed in. The staff here are so incredibly nice and helpful, and from the welcoming drinks to the free massage, throughout the stay they did everything possible to make our time there pleasant. They would ask us our plans to make sure they booked in tuk tuks and arranged everything around our schedule.
Within easy walking distance to bars and restaurants of old quarter, and a short tuk tuk from Siem Reap, the location is perfect. The pool was...

I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The staff were the FRIENDLIST people I have ever met. Always smiling, it was impossible not to be happy. So accommodating too. We had a very spacious room, which was really clean. The pool area was really nice, and the pool was so refreshing after exploring the city. Great location for walking to all the must see spots.

Excellent stay. We upgraded to a Horizon room, which was spacious and with everything we needed. The Horizon lounge was comfortable and the food and drink was varied and delicious. All of the staff who we encountered were so friendly, helpful and could hold an interesting conversation.

My wife and I loved our stay here! It’s right in the heart of the action off Bassac Lane and surrounded by the best bars and restaurants, yet completely quiet inside the room. The staff are incredible, so helpful and nice. The entire hotel is spotless, the rooms are spacious and clean and the bathroom and shower are some of the best!
Absolutely incredible value for money, best location, fantastic staff and what a view from that infinity pool:)

4 tips for savvy savings when booking a hotel in Cambodia
Book for the cheapest times: The most budget-friendly time to visit Cambodia is during June, August, and September, when hotel prices are typically lower. To truly appreciate the country's rich history and vibrant culture, a stay of at least 3 days is recommended. This duration allows you to explore significant landmarks and natural attractions, making your trip both affordable and great value for money. With the right timing, prices might drop further, enhancing the experience for those travelling on a budget.
Look for last-minute deals on Hotels.com: To uncover last-minute deals in Cambodia, begin by exploring the Dealsopens in new window or Last-Minute Deals sections on Hotels.com, where you may discover discounted hotel rates as your travel date approaches. It's wise to enable email alerts or push notifications to stay informed about flash sales and exclusive promotions, helping ensure you don’t miss opportunities to save. Additionally, the Smart Shopping tool available in the app allows you to compare hotel prices and amenities, so you’re more likely to see the best options. This way, if prices drop or new rooms become available, you'll be among the first to know and ready to book your last-minute getaway.
Be flexible with dates: Prices may fluctuate depending on various factors such as the hotel's location, star rating, and the time of year. Therefore, having some flexibility with your travel dates could assist you in finding a more economical option for your stay in a hotel in Cambodia. For those in search of distinctive accommodations, boutique hotels often provide a more personalised experience and might offer better value. When you book through Hotels.com, we will inform you whether the price for your chosen dates is above or below the average. If the price appears to be on the higher side, we can suggest alternative dates that may help you discover a more favourable deal.
Consider your location: Staying in the heart of major cities in Cambodia can certainly offer a level of convenience, but it is more likely to come with a heftier price tag. In contrast, smaller towns and rural areas tend to be more affordable, making them an appealing option for budget-conscious travellers. For those seeking better rates, considering accommodation outside the city centre may prove advantageous, although it may require a bit more travel to reach key attractions. Additionally, exploring nearby cities that boast their own unique offerings can provide a wealth of experiences while also presenting more budget-friendly options.
Best time to go to Cambodia

During this peak period, the weather is sunny to mostly cloudy, accompanied by no to frequent rainfall. In contrast, May, August, and October are ideal if you're looking for a calmer vacation, marked by light to moderate rainfall and mostly sunny to mostly cloudy conditions.
