I loved my stay at Hotel M's. What stood out was that the staff would make sure everything was replenished the next day. Every day I had new tea, fresh towels, and water. I liked that they made sure to always update my room.

Hotel is an easy walk from the train station. Great location to walk to the marketplace and buses close y to venture out further. Katsukura’s is only 200 ft away where you can find the best Tonkatsu around!

This property was outstanding - value, location. The room, while very compact has an ingenious design, meaning we did not feel feel cramped. The location is wonderful, close to the main areas that tourists visit. I would stay again.

Not ideal for business travelers who have to work

The room was okay and clean overall, (the bathroom was very clean) but it was somewhat smelly. Also, the window could not be opened to air out the room. Also, the chair at the desk was incredibly uncomfortable. For a business traveler who has to spend some time working at the desk in the room this was a deal breaker. I would not recommend it for business travelers.
