This was the worst hotel I have ever booked via the internet. First room that was assigned to us was not clean. The TV didn't work, and a pair of under ware were hanging on the back of the bathroom door. When I returned to the front desk to ask for a "functioning/clean room". The next room was just as unclean, no towels, but the TV worked, (somewhat). The remoted allowed us to use the volume and change the channel. There was no chambermaid service, we reused our towels more than once due to the front desk not having any clean towels available. The stay was horrendous.

Room was very dirty, check in was at a different hotel all together, had to call to figure that out since there was no note or anything. Toilet didn't flush, floors weren't even swept. If we didn't need it for only a few hours, I would have canceled and stayed somewhere else.

I want to upload some pictures of the room so you can see how horrible it is and unsafe . I’ve stayed at many extended stay across the country always a great experience and great rooms, this was totally unacceptable. The pictures on your website are nothing like the room at extended stay ormand. Honestly I want a refund and I want to upload the pictures.

The air conditioning mostly worked but you had to leave it on all day but it's Florida. So what do you expect? There were cockroaches there was mold on the curtains. There was mold in the bathtub. The sheets were soiled the mattresses were soiled. We had to buy our own sheets and pillows. The floors were disgusting. We were forced to stay in a hotel that we didn't even book because the original booking had closed. We were forced to pay a price that we had already paid because that was the note that was left by the manager. I won't be staying here again. I don't blame hotels.com but there was definitely some sort of communication issue between hotels.com and the hotel itself. Like I said, I had to pay twice

The most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The sheets had stains, dirty dog prints on them & cigarette burns, there was a blood colored substance on the floor,. There were holes in the wall. The floor was squishy from rot. A barking dog next door all night. Literally sprayed everything we took into the room with roach spray as soon as we left. Felt so unsafe!!!

The blinds are cracked, have duct tape on them. Dirty walls and probably everything else. Constant noise of what sounds like a kid running back and forth above my room. This noise has been going on for 3+ hours with no signs of stopping.
No ice bucket but i had to go to the Inn next door to get ice.
