The best thing about this hotel is excellent location. Staff was polite and ready to help, but everything else was not so good. Very noisy, not for couples, many children who are running and screaming during the night and day. We get a room 115 which was spacy but located at the same level as pool and bar, we couldnt move the curtains during the whole stay, and also listening all people who were at the pool during the day. We have tried twice some food from pool bar, it was quite bad, but alao expensive. Hotel have a lot of potential but it is not used obvioulsy.

This is my second time in this hotel and I love it, rooms are big,clean and beautiful! Walking distance to most of the tourist attractions,restaurants,bars,metro stations etc I am definitely going back, the hotel is very convenient.

I had an exceptional experience at the hotel—from the warm welcome at check-in to the personalized service throughout my stay. The room was spotless, elegantly decorated, and offered a stunning view. Hotel was beautiful and in a perfect setting for where we wanted to be. Staff were polite and friendly and very attentive. Breakfast was delicious and they catered for gluten free diet well. Facilities were amazing and children liked the pool and didn’t mind it being cold!

Great location for our post cruise stay.

Stayed for 1 night after our cruise before flying home. Perfect location and wonderful front desk staff. We booked a triple room and even with the extra bed we had plenty of room to move around. Our room had doors that opened onto a small balcony which was nice. We have been to Barcelona multiple times and will book here again!

Very nice hotel in a great part of Barcelona with easy walking to sights, shopping and dining. Very nice linens and pillows. Staff was helpful. Pool was pretty but very crowded. Service in the bar area was nice.
