This hotel is lying to you. The listing and property pictures show King beds, but you will not get a King bed. You mught not even get a mattress. We rented two apartments for 3 nights, both listed as King bed apartments. When we arrived, there were 3 fulls and one queen. One of the full beds waa a thing pad/duvet on top of the box spring.
The property is hard to find. They give you a direct address, but take you through a dark alley with nearly no lighting and the sign is only visible from directly in front of the doorway. We circled the block a couple times, to the point that locals asked if we needed help. They said they help people multiple times a week to find it because it is so hard to find.
The alley way is dirty and smells like human waste. Even aftwr complaining so it was cleaned up, it still had waste every where. The entwrance to the building also smells, so even though they blame the businesses in the area, it is also them.
The WiFi is unstable and may not even work. We had issues with it being unavailvke 2 of the 3 nights we stayed there.
Hotels.com will not support you in this false listing. They say the property had an inflexible refund policy, so they cannot do anything. Do not belthe rating. It is bolstered by two high marks from the same person at the beginning. Not sure if that is part of the scam or if they’ve just gone that far downhill.
