Excellent hotel for the money!!!

Wonderful staff and management who took care of me when I needed to stay 2 more days. Rooms are very nice and cleaned daily! Staying again at the end of the month when I finally move down.

The staff was wonderful, helping in anyway that they could, and the breakfast servings were more than adequate and very diverse. We love the fact that the hotel was very clean and orderly, as well as the fact that there weren’t any dogs or cats being boarded at the hotel.

Our stay was for just one night but overall the place felt old and worn. Room overall was clean but bathroom was dimly lit, the shower dripped, the toilet didn’t flush properly, the shower liner had moldy spots, and the floor felt a bit sticky. If the room were $99-$120 a night this is what I would expect but for $300 I expect more. While the young lady at the front desk was nice she was so quiet neither my son or I could hear her. One positive, the warm cinnamon roll I ate at breakfast was delicious!!

Expensive for a room that smelled like mold mildew

Stay was disappointing. Despite the room being as clean as it could be, and the room was also cleaned during our 2nd day stay, the smell was terrible. The room smelled musty, moldy. I had a hard time breathing and was sneezing the entire time i stayed in room. I ordered door dash to eat in but even that was hard to do as the smell while eating made the food taste less desirable.

Clean room, but less-than-great experience

The room looked like it had been cleaned thoroughly, but the whole place gave off an older, in-need-of-an-overhaul vibe. The lobby and the hallway on the 2nd floor smelled especially musty, and they hallway was noticably warmer than the room. Also, the shower head was detached from the wall in the bathroom and the water pressure was very low. Even though I used my credit card to book the room through Hotels.com as "pay on site" with no issue, the front desk called me day-of saying they couldn't run my card successfully for the hold. I had to give them another credit card over the phone (which made me very uncomfortable), or else the reservation would've been cancelled at 6pm; telling them I would be checking in late wasn't enough. The whole thing seemed fishy to me, but I didn't have time to go searching around for another reservation. Multiple signs in the parking lot ("Park at your own risk...hotel is not responsible for loss or damage..." etc) made me feel very uneasy about the neighborhood.
