Check in was awkward. They ask for $20 cash. So have that ready. Room not very clean. Return the key card, $3 penalty. Staff at checkout called me rude when I asked what the $20 cash was for. “Incidentals”. Staff muttered “oh so help me God”. And I repeated her comment. Bc in spite of glass I can hear. That’s when she called me rude. Staff stated that I could had asked for room change. It takes only 1 time to make a first impression. Sorry this hotel company is attached to this building.

Rooms look nothing like the pictures. The first room had the ac in pieces on the floor and roaches crawling on the walls. They switched us rooms, but there was no hot water.
