Good guest house

A more than decent guest house. The room was clean and shared facilities also clean. I was allowed to check in early and I had no issues.

Just a night stay, place was clean and comforty, a bit tricky to find but we did. On street parking was tricky as its in a residential area.where other person also live.

Clean room in house near Surrey Quays tube

Not really a hotel, but a room in a house on residential street 15 minutes walk from the Surrey Quays tube station. There's shared bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen to use. The room was clean and I slept well. I just needed a bed for one night and it was fine for this. If I was staying for longer I'd probably pay a bit more and find a hotel with a bit more privacy.

Nice room just not enough hot water to shower

The room is clean and tidy. The shared bathroom didn't have enough hot water to shower in winter.

This is like a shared house. The room was private but bathroom, living room and kitchen are shared! The room was run down, cheap thin doors with poor locks. I checked under the bed and it had never been cleaned, dust balls under both beds. It was cheap but very easy to miss the fact that bathroom and lounge is shared.

Good and bad

Was ok , think the hallways needed redoing as thread bare in places , we had quite a large gap between door frame and door which could see into our room , the blinds didnt completely cover the windows had to improvise with clothes on hangers to keep eyes from buildings opposite us out , the room was clean , had fan as well and plenty of space to hang clothes and drawers for clothes , the communial area was tidy , only issue really is no bathroom or toilets in bedroom , shared bathroom in communial area and 2nd floor , the bathroom and shower in communial area you have to be careful as when you open door there is a step up into bathroom , tripped once on this as wasnt paying attention , we turned the extension lead off in our room , when my wife went to use it no power in the last 2 ports , on closer inspection someone had screwed the extension lead to the wall by going through the front of the power bar rather then hanging the correct way from the back , hassan was very friendly and sorted broadband issue out quickly , the room served its purpouse for 2 days as we needed accomodation to get to o2

I would avoid this NOT HOTEL it’s more like a shared house the bathroom is situated in the kitchen or on the top floor my partner had a shower when we got in and 2 male occupants were in the kitchen making the entering and exiting the bathroom very awkward and uncomfortable as I sat outside like security. The bathroom was in a bad state of repair needed cleaning and updating wasn’t pleasant at all. Even general things in bathroom like toilet papar was left empty in the top floor bathroom fortunately my partner had phone and was able to call me. The rooms are certainly not soundproof as could clearly hear the person in next room snoring. Glad we only there for one night however we did leave early as my partner felt uncomfortable within the property The wording on the add makes it sound alike an apartment I believe hotels.com should remove this venue from its list until it meets certain standards and certainly make sure it rewords the add. The staff communication was good when I couldn’t get the shower to run hot water and entry was via phone

Avoid at all cost

Wouldn’t put next doors dog in this place. And I don’t like next doors dog. Was only in the area for 1 night and looked ok on hotels.com. The place is an absolute tip, avoid at all cost. I ended up leaving and not using the place as it was that bad. Got a hotel round the corner in Canary Wharf instead.

I thought I was booking a room with a bathroom but when I got there it was shared facilities. Feel the information on the site was misleading. Basic accommodation and there was writing on the wall in our room.

The middle-class villa area

Few good restaurants in the vicinity. I really liked jogging along the Thames in the morning. The cleaning was fantastic and the neighborhood is super-calm which makes it perfect for sleeping.

Das Zimmer entsprach nichtödem was auf den Bilder abebildet wurde zudem keine eines WC und Dusche. Staub überall wo mann hin schaute. wir haben dann ein anders Hotel gebucht. Nicht empfehlenswert würd den Preis.
