When I booked I accidentally clicked twice. I immediately contacted the hotel and when I checked in they said they had fixed it but two charges appeared on my credit card. I then tried to contact them but they didn’t answer the phone. Hotels.com tried but they said “no refunds”. I had to contest it with my credit card company.
When I came down for coffee there was none. They said it would be “20 minutes” for coffee. Half an hour later someone shows up with two cans of “chock full o’ nuts” (not coffee) then it took another half hour to brew.
The room was clean but I cannot recommend staying here.
