Great price, decent room, friendly staff. However, I tried two different rooms and I was not able to get hot water in either. The water in the first room got lukewarm after running the water for 15+ min but in the second room the water stayed freezing cold. I was unable to shower because of the temp. Had to bird bath in the sink. I really hope they fix the hot water situation because otherwise I will not be able to stay here in the future.

Great to wake up over the sunrise to wake you up. The bathrooms are really nice and are great to get situated. I enjoyed the stay for 1 night for a quick layover. Definitely in the heart of LES and Chinatown. Has subways within walking distance. Great for solo and couple travelers.
