I stayed at this location several years ago and it was great. No complaints so on this last visit I was so disappointed to find that the shower had black mold on the tiles and around the faucet. Furniture was very worn and the refrigerator had been removed. I definitely overpaid for this quality. Also, the hotel is under construction and there was no mention of it during the booking. I would not stay there again.

The hotel is going through some renovations, which I am fine with, the staff were very helpful and supportive during their transition. The hotel was fully booked, I thought the staff at the front desk handed all the different personalities with professionalism and kindness.

The hotel is showing signs of age, but it’s clean and the staff were helpful. The best thing about this hotel is the location - it is in walking distance to shopping, restaurants and shows.
