Overall, we had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Most of the reception staff were very kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit, which made a positive first impression. The location is exceptional — very convenient and ideal for exploring the area.
The breakfast was good in quality, although somewhat limited in variety. It covers the basics well, but there is room for more options.
The main area for improvement would be the guest service in the kitchen/breakfast area. There were two young staff members who, unfortunately, were not friendly. When we asked for assistance, their responses felt rude, and at times it seemed like they were trying to scold guests if something didn’t meet their expectations. For example, when I asked for water, I did not receive a verbal response — only a gesture pointing elsewhere.
Working in customer service requires a courteous and respectful attitude, and improving this aspect would make a significant difference in the overall guest experience.
