The hotel was fine for the two nights i was there. Room was clean. Only issue i had was the shower was poor quality. Not very powerful

Super easy check-in and the rooms were very clean!

4/10 Fair

We were only given one key for three adults. There was rarely anyone at the front desk, so we couldn't check out properly or ask questions when needed. The website also does not mention that there are no elevators, which would have been helpful to know before booking. On the positive side, the room was clean, and the location was convenient, with a bus stop directly in front of the hotel.

A five star establishment for sure. Close to shopping and groceries, transportation and plenty of food options.

Great location, bus stop directly outside the hotel so very convenient for getting into the city centre.

10/10 Exceptional

The room was cozy, clean and spacious enough for the three of us, including my child. The only downside was the week pressure in the bathroom.

The check in was pretty easy but the staff could have been more friendlier. All the expectations in the room were good but I wish there was a microwave at least downstairs for us to use. Room service was good.

It was on a great bus route to get into the Royal Mile and Old Edinburgh, 15 to 20 minutes. Staff friendly.

10/10 Exceptional

Please do not be put off by the negative reviews. I was worried after checking the reviews after booking the reservation, but the hotel and room were clean. Fresh towels and sheets were provided. There is an electric kettle with supplies for making quick tea. There is good parking at the back, and a bus stop right in front of the hotel. It was not noisy. The staff and other guests were polite. The hotel also has a lovely little dining room. It is clearly stated that towels and bedsheets are replaced every other day, which we were fine with. The check-in and check-out process was quick and hassle-free. Overall it was a good deal.

Good experience! Easily connected to city centre by bus every 5mins. Taxi is also available. Quiet safe place. Helpful staff
Verified review

8/10 Very good

Was presently surprised by the hotel facilities and our overall stay. Was nervous, as some of the other reviews were quite negative, but our stay was great , clean room , of decent size , that had everything we needed, and the bus stop is literally outside the hotel , so very convenient location , only 15 min bus ride from town. Would recommend.

Unexpected good hotel

Self check in and check out with detailed procedure by emails. Female staff on our first day of arrival told us the ways and directions of going to town centre. Free parking was available. Transport to town centre is just outside hotel and is very convenient. A shopping mall is just around corner. Restaurants just a short distance from hotel.

No hot water for a shower in the morning, barely luke warm. Transit stops right outside the front were very convenient.

It is a clean basic room and warm. Needs double glazing to cut out road noise. Shower could do with better clean but would stay again
