This is a nice small town option. We stayed here to hike Kanarra Falls the next day and it worked out great! The drive was only about 1/2 hour. It was clean, well cared for and staff was friendly. It is a little old, but if you want a cheap and clean place to stay this is perfect.

Great Small-town Hotel at a Bargain Price
This hotel had all the necessary conveniences. Check-in was quick and easy. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the internet was fast, and the TV had all the programming. The bathroom was clean and the shower had plenty of strong hot water. The surrounding area was safe and quiet and walkable. I would stay here again.

Great little hotel we stayed at while visiting Zion and Bryce Canyon. Nothing fancy but exactly what we needed. No elevator so keep that in mind when booking with lots of luggage.
