"We loved the hotel it was very nice and clean. Staff were always helpful and nice. And we especially loved how centrally located in the middle of downtown we definitely will be staying here again in the future."
"Starting with driving up, there are some parking garages in the area and you WILL have to pay for parking no matter what you do. In our case, whioe slightly more expensive than parking on our own, we used their valet service. This was by FAR most convenient as we then unloaded our luggage they gave us a ticket and they parked it in their garage. After checkout you take the ticket to the parking cashier (there are 2 windows 1 inside and 1 outside) where they can take your payment or in our case charge it to the card used for our room.
We were there abiut an hour earlier than the usual 4pm check in but they still let us get our room early.
We opted for a room with city view and king bed. The view was wonderful, even had a small window you can open for fresh air and to listen to the city sounds if desired. The room was spotless, the bed veey comfortable (and this from a couple the usually requires an adjustable bed at home). The hotel itself was beautiful with some outstanding holiday displays put up throughout. We were immediately offered help with our luggage thiugh we declined. The shower had hot water snd great pressure with an option between overhead and a wand (or both). In the morning at 1 of the inside restaurants we had breakfast. The menu was simple but elegant and the food came out quickoy and was PHENOMENAL. Perfectly made to order, the waitstaff was on top of everything ensuring we didnt need to wait for anything. This is where we will stay from now on in boston."
