"Wish we had been able to stay another night as we loved this place so much. It's in such a beautiful spot with spectacular views over the bay. Reception staff were all so friendly and welcoming and we had a fantastic dinner in the on-site restaurant that night with great customer service too. Worth noting, there is a fairly long and steep hill to the shops/cafes/restaurants in the town so if you had mobility issues that may be a problem (unless you were driving)."

"Simply wonderful. We had an amazing guide, Greg (“The Postman”, because he always delivered!) who answered all our questions knowledgeably. He was simply exceptional and made our stay! A beautiful reserve, with many beautiful species. We had the three bedroom Lehele Villa and it was perfectly clean, and cleaned twice a day. "Very good stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. Restaurants we attended were well serviced and the food good. Room clean and comfortable and well serviced. Bathroom Not originally as clean as I would have liked. Interesting water colour due to tannins so takes a bit of getting used to; hotel may want to advise guests. Golf service was not as slick as I thought it would be; missed out on maximizing our golf due to a shortage of golf carts for Montegu course; mislead on how “easy” it was to walk....

"We only spent one night, next time definitely more! "A beautiful hotel with fabulous views of the Indian Ocean and coast. Small and intimate with lovely rooms and large bathrooms containing molton brown products. Catering side is patchy though and there are no services in the evening when the staff go home. Lacking in atmosphere and slightly claustrophobic . Prices are high for what is essentially a serviced villa in a remote residential area. No room service in the evening."
