"The hotel was very convenient to the Shinagawa Station which is why we originally booked this stay for our group. Its a huge hotel property with multiple wings, stores, restaurants and bars. Initially it was overwhelming, but after one run from the room out to get dinner and essentials at 711 (also on site), I was really happy we booked here. There are a lot of food options in the immediate area if you want to explore and a 24/7 fitness center that had good equipment. We only stayed one night and it was fresh off a flight from the US, but I would definitely stay here again….Only downside was the room AC didnt get below 73 and we are hot sleepers. Honestly, it wouldnt stop me from staying here again, there was way more upside! "
"Friendly, helpful staff, quiet location, 5 min walk to train station, comfortable beds, excellent amenities (room offered pajamas, slippers, bottled water, and in addition to shampoo, etc, shaving cream, toothbrushes, bath salts, and more). The relaxation room on the 3rd floor is a quiet space to relax and serves tea & coffee in the late afternoon/evening.
There are several vegetarian restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores less than a 5 min walk. Staff helped us locate restaurants, make reservations and when we wanted to dine in, helped us order through Uber Eats."
"Location was very convenient and lively especially at night. Room was clean and the AC was strong. We faced the side with the trains but slept fine as we aren’t light sleepers. The view of the city was great from our 16th floor window as well! Loved the hotel scent in all the common areas. "
