The hotel is in a great location - just next to the subway station. Good places to eat nearby and a pleasant walk to Shinjuku station. The facilities for snacks/washing is good. Onsen is amazing - and free for the guests. The room was tiny (as expected), bit tight for 2 people with luggage. And the place is bit dated - our room carpet looked worn and had stains. Overall a good stay but would prefer big more space and fresher room for my next visit.
