"Fabulous hotel. Location and canal view from bedroom wonderful. The receptionists were super friendly and the room spotlessly clean from Rumi hosekeeping . Fluffy white towels abd hot powerful showers. Most importantly a very comfy matress and crisp white bed linen. "
"Really nice hotel in a great location for the arena and lots of restaurants and bars. The staff were very friendly and helpful with advice about the area. The hotel car park was ideal and could be booked in advance which was ideal. The bar area is really nice and the breakfast was great. We will definitely use this hotel again for future trips to Birmingham. "
"Clean room, great staff, parking was okay but I had booked this hotel because it had parking and there were very limited spaces available and it’s on a first come basis. Luckily I managed to get a space. Also hotel details say it’s a 13 minute walk to Utilita Arena but when I Google-mapped it, it was actually 21 minutes - not a big deal but a bit misleading, especially if you have mobility issues."
