"Beautiful design in lobby and rooms. Appreciated the free coffee and apples in the lobby! Everything was clean and the staff is very friendly! The laundry was small, slow, and expensive, with a queue of other travelers, so just went down the street to 39 Laundry which had much larger and more efficient machines, just fyi. "
"All the ammenities were great. Modern hotel with everything you could want. Staff were very welcoming, accommodating to every need and as usual in Japanese culture, polite and well organised. Lovely staff who were always willing to go the extra mile. Convenience store right next door and subway entrance on the other side of hotel entry. You wouldn’t know the subway is directly underneath you. So quiet. If you didn’t wish to include buffet breakfast which was huge selection, no charge to the unlimited coffees or tea. We enjoyed having dinner and cocktails in hotel restaurant, very affordable after a day of sightseeing. Would definitely use this hotel again when staying in Osaka."
"The location of this hotel is great! Very close to Osaka station and easy access to all the subway lines and buses. It is on the quieter side of Umeda, which we appreciated. The main shopping area is within walking distance as well. The staff were friendly and accommodating.
We booked the Deluxe Double room for our 4 night stay and it was very spacious (especially with big luggages) and very affordable. The room was very clean and the hotel has a big range of amenities and benefits for guests! Would definitely recommend staying here "
