"Perfect place to stay if you are attending an event at Veltins Arena. The lovely young lady at the front desk even gave a small group of us a ride to the venue. And she was so pleasant and friendly. We even walked back to the hotel after the concert and it was a nice, safe trip. Breakfast in the morning was excellent. This property delivered exactly what we were looking for."

"It was clean and comfortable. The downside was that the room was very small and it was very warm - although there was a fan. As there was a kettle and coffee maker, it would have been good to have had some tea bags/coffee"

"Great hotel in a lovely location for a family wedding at nearby castle had a room with a balcony overlooking the river room was big Very comfortable and very quiet there was abit of a mix up with one of the rooms so we were given this one which was great the manager delt with it professionally "

"Nice hotel in small village off the autobahn. Just travelling by and we chose to stay here rather in a boring motel on the highway. Very good schnizel in the restaurant! It was a bit of noise with partying ppl in the square, and a church bell in the morning, but that is part of the experience!"

"Check in experience was not very pleasant. Receptionist was very unhelpful and some how rude, especially when we asked for extra pillow for our son. Also we were charged extra 20€ for a small dog, even though there was no notice during booking, we will need to pay extra. Room was clean and comfortable, but there was no A/C. The night was very warm, we couldnt leave window open because it was facing parking lot and street and there was a lot of noise coming from arriving guests."
