"Room was so beautiful and beds were very comfortable. The vibe of the lobby and conveniently located coffee bar were welcoming and well-designed. Coffee was great and quick. All members of staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Warm welcome, all staff so friendly & helpful. Room clean & comfortable, great shower & had everything we needed, only thing that could be improved were pillows which are terrible. One slight issue with a light was remedied really quickly when we mentioned it at reception. Location suited us perfectly for Liverpool st, less than 30 min walk & 10 to underground to get further afield. Overall excellent value & will stay again. "
