We're repeat visitors, so we're obviously very happy with this property. The Hammersmith location is convenient to mass transit options, and it's in a delightful neighborhood to explore. The hotel is very air conditioned which was wonderful during a heatwave. The breakfast spread was great. Hotel staff lovely. Really happy I booked this for our weekend in London. The staff was very helpful. Location was a ways from the main touristy locations, but Hammersmith tube station was a couple of blocks away, so easy walk. It was an easy drive by Uber to Heathrow. Restaurant was excellent. Would definitely stay there again.

Hotel looked like it was quite new & a very large hotel, unfortunately the rooms were the standard Premier Inn layout & design, nothing special. The lift layout in the hotel was terrible, in our part of the hotel the lift closest to us only took you to level 1 then you had to walk a fair distance to another lift to street level. There was a direct lift to street level but it was a long walk to lift.The location was suprisingly good, serviced by several metro lines, not to far from airport or to the centre of London. The beds were comfortable, pillow good. Room was a good size. The bathroom had shower with good water pressure & hot water. The hand basin tap was annoying, did not have a water aerater on it. The airconditioning was good. The breakfast was good had a reasonable selection of hot & cold food. There were 2 towels in the room, unlike the Hub by Premiere which only provides 1 towel. I probably would stay there again because of location ,& price was pretty good. Overall a good stay, but when you build a brand new hotel why not improve on previous hotels, it won't cost any more.

Good: 1. Very close to public transport and shoppingcenter . 2. AC in the room was good, but hard to control. 3. Refrigerator was excellent. 4. Bathroom was good as well as the shower. 4. Staff was exceptionell. Bad: 1. Breakfast was not worth the money, the hotel served the same food, which was repetitive. 2. In order to have the wastepaper baskets emptied, a guest must order room cleaning. We booked a superior room, so we got all the benefits and we were very pleased with our room and the hotel in general. We highly recommend this hotel.

The property is close to shopping and the metro station. It is well maintained and safe. There is a nice restaurant on site. The rooms are quite and comfortable but not very large. The internet provided is poor. About all you can do is check your email with it. They do provide paid internet which may be better, I don’t know. Besides the poor internet it is a nice hotel.
