Good location, close to the centre, had to keep window open due to radiators been on full blast so was abit noisy. But beds comfortable and the room and bathroom clean. Would stay again.

Pleasant and comfortable
Good location just a few minutes walk from the centre. Access was via a phone call and then being provided with a code. Key card then in the room. Really clean. Was a single night stay and didn’t spend long in the room however can’t fault it for location and price. I was on top floor so also was relatively quiet. Didn’t hear the other residents. I also had my own bathroom which I don’t think all rooms have as I saw separate bathrooms on other floors. I would recommend for a short trip where you want to have a central location. I didn’t drive so can’t comment on parking.

Okay stay
Hotel was very close to York City Centre. It was an ok stay. Bed sheets were clean, other areas not so clean. However for a nights stay it was ok.

The overall stay was lovely i didnt stay the 2 nights as my business was concluded in the first day. The room was very clean amd the beds were really comfortable plenty of tea and coffee in the room and also bottles of water. Will defo be staying here again in the future.

Todo bien, solamente la cama que me tocó ya está un poco viejo el colchón, por no decir en las últimas. En el baño la regadera solamente funciona una vez, los demás días ya no funcionó la regadera :( Pero está bien el lugar, caminando a todos lados.

Great find, easy 5 min walk into York. Old building but clean. Beds were comfortable. Easy to check in and out. Tea and coffee facilities and a bottle of water each were a nice touch.

2 adults and 3 young kids so finding a hotel that accommodates all in one room is difficult but I found this little gem. We had a room with one double bed and 3 single beds. Beds really comfortable, room very clean. Tea and coffee making facilities and a mini fridge with bottles of water provided. Plenty of clean towels and small bottles of showergel etc. Only a few minutes walk from the city walls. Great place to stay for the price. Staff were really friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here if you have a family of 5! The kids loved it and wanted to stay in their 'holiday house'. Great base for exploring York. We will definitely return. Thankyou again.

I booked this knowing it was only Somewere to lay my head for the night, it was clean had a tv kettle wash hand basin and a comfortable bed, I knew when I booked it was not 4 star but was pleasantly surprised and enjoyed my stay in York a brilliant city

Prima verblijf voor een lage prijs
We verbleven hier 2 nachten in de familiekamer. Je betaalt hier niet de hoofdprijs, dus dat is fijn. Afstand tot het centrum is prima aan te lopen. Locatie was goed. De kamer zelf was wel wat klein, warm, douche deed het niet goed (weinig druk). De kamer was op de bovenste verdieping, dus als het 23 graden is buiten dan kan het best warm worden in de kamer met het hele gezin!

Toilet and heat issues
None of the shared toilets or private toilet in our room flushed. It was incredibly hot on 8th floor with no air flow or air conditioning. Ceiling was slanted so you couldnt stand straight without banging head. I would not go back.
