Great apartment

Excellent apartment very spacious with everything you could need. Bonus of balcony with fantastic views. Minute walk to Waterloo station. Only reason not given 5 stars is that sofa bed was not good for sleeping and we needed this for amount of guests. Overall would totally reccomend

Great location comfortable

It was a great location near the Waterloo train station. We are two families. Comfortable with full kitchen and living room. It is in the middle of the city. The place was a bit warm so we opened the windows so it was a bit noisy.

Convenient London Apartment

Apartment is in a convenient location mext to Waterloo station. It wasnt really big enough for 5 of us and the fold out couch was unsuitable to sleep on. Luckily the couch worked. Overall clean, easy to get to and great location.

Good location, well appointed apartment

Great location, literally next to Waterloo station. Lots of good value restaurants within short walking distance. Apartment was quiet, being on the third floor. Well maintained, all mod cons. Will suit in particular couple/small family wishing to stay in central London location. The lack of on-location service facility and need to pre-book a check-in time was a bit restrictive.

Very nice, modern appartement. Please note it has no AC and lots of windows so on the hottest day of the year we experienced it was very warm (fans were provided fortunately). But normally it should be fine. Will definitely book another time: we got very good value for money.

We were very happy with this property and I would have given 5 stars for everything except that there was no shelf space in the bathroom. Even a stool under the sink would have allowed me to place my toiletries on a surface rather than the floor. Overall, an excellent stay.

Good location, bigger than expected.

The apartment was perfect for the 3 of us staying. I hadn't realised that the biggest bedroom also had an en-suite so that was a nice bonus. The only - very slight - downside was the lack of air conditioning. We visited during an unseasonably warm spell in October 2023 so it was a bit too hot at night but I would still stay again despite this. Oh, and the TV channels didn't work very well so we couldn't watch the rugby as we were getting ready to go out. That was the only time we tried the TV though. Would recommend.

Avoid Apartment 2

One of the large floor to ceiling windows was smashed and when I called I was told they knew about it and it was ok and it was safe. It was anything but safe as you could feel the broken glass from the outside. I also got a bit of glass in my foot. I then noticed a window in the kitchen was also broken. The blind in the bedroom fell down on the first night and hit my daughter in the head. The floors were very dirty and dusty needed a good wash. There was a dirty hanky u see the unit in the living room when we arrived and there was dust on the floors and crumbs on the sofa. Very disappointing and not what I was expecting to be going to. Should have added they tried to cover up the broken window in the kitchen by having the blind right down but this was also broke as it would not pull up. The fan in the bathroom didn’t work either.

The property much more confidential information than Expedia by far and was intrusive. A day before check-in while I was still in tne US, I filled out a form to get info on getting key to property. There is no LIVE person to address or answer questions. After filling out the form requiring personal financial information (linked to some company in California), I received another form to fill out just hours before check-in while arriving. This was quite stressful. This required enrollment in a company called Link, which then send you spam emails for other offers. Then just right before check in I received an email with info for the key. This company presents multiple layers of information requests open to identity theft. Then the place had an online youtube video on how to find the entrance to the initial gate (and one of three passcodes before actually getting the key to enter). This tells you how non-obvious the entry was. Then the couches, the floors, dining room seats, hallway carpet are completely covered in disgusting stains. I rented for a week and had not support - I ended up buying my own toilet paper when we ran out. The place itself was spacious and had a great kitchen on the plus side and, once we found the place it was convenient and close to the Waterloo train station. I would not rent from them again, mainly because of the poor communication and anxiety of having no prompt support.

I wouldn’t recommend this place for a dog!!! They broke inside the apartment I was living in and stole all my money and left everything else!!! Tried to call the owner and he said that he can’t do anything about it the crazy part is the person who broke in it had a key to the place

Great location, not so comfortable.

Apartment was conveniently located right beside Waterloo station and only 3 stops to Piccadilly. We stayed in apartment number 8 and the apartment itself was very spacious. Unfortunately, the apartment was extremely warm and stuffy as we were only able to open the doors to the balcony on one side as there are no openable windows in the kitchen/dining/sitting room (not a lot can be done). The sofas in the living room need to be replaced as they were filthy dirty which is a pity as the rest of the apartment was immaculate, including both bathrooms. The bedding left a lot to be desired and could do with being replaced as the micro fiber duvets and pillows are extremely uncomfortable. Given the price we paid for the apartment we expected to have a better nights sleep as we had to leave the doors open for air (even with the fan on that was provided) and the bedding made for a very uncomfortable nights sleep. (feedback from both bedrooms as we were a party of 4) All in all we would return if the above mentioned suggestions/issues were rectified.
