This hotel is located near the train station, about 5 minutes walk. Our room was super clean, it looks brand new as if no one had lived there before us. Water pressure for shower is strong, which is very important after a full day of walking and touring. We had free buffet breakfast every morning at the lobby. Overall we had great experience with this hotel. I will choose it again next time when we visit Japan

私には喫煙部屋は地獄でしたが・・・。
八王子駅前のホテルをいくつか検討してこちらが一番の好立地の為、部屋を5泊予約したが喫煙部屋しか空いておらず、なんとかなるだろうと渋々選択。 やはり煙草のニオイがかなりきつく、初日は他のホテルに逃げ出したくなる程不快でした。窓は24時間開けっ放しにしたが、エアコンからも臭いニオイがあり、タバコを吸わない人間からは地獄の部屋でした。 しかしながらそれをカバーしていたのは、紛れもなく働くスタッフさん達のお気遣いや、朝食のサービス、清潔感のある館内でした。 さすがにこのご時世、分煙対策を強く希望したいですが、それが"ウリ"というのも少し理解は出来ます。なので次回もまた利用したいですが、絶対に"禁煙部屋"を早めに取りたいと思います。 ありがとうございました。
