Excellent location. Close to everything you need in shinjuku. Huge rooms by tokyo standard. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

cf dito pelo preco economico nãohavia limpesa . houve vazamento no banheiro quando usava chuveiro
Good location, but somewhat expensive for what you get, as the apartment was a little oldish and need of some upgrades.

Place itself wasn’t bad. Was right in the heart of shinjuku so that was pretty convenient and nice. Everything was pretty walkable so always had something to do. Just gotta be careful at night. All the people coming up to me was really annoying

The property is clean so if you don't mind a property that's somehow dated, this is a very good choice. In cities specially like Tokyo, location is always key. It is walking distance to the Golden Gai and the Kabukicho area. Less than 15 minutes away from the Shinjuki subway station. The hotel folks are also very friendly and accommodating.
What makes this place great is the location. Dining options are everywhere and endless. It’s a few minutes walk to sanchome station to get you to wherever you need to go. It’s way bigger than the typical accommodations you get in Tokyo, but, much of these areas added in the square footage are huge patios to which most ares are unusable. There were 2 of us and we stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment. The third bedroom is more like a partitioned section part in the kitchen area with a single bed. The 2 other room each had 2 single beds. The apartment has 1 toilet room and 1 shower/tub combo. There is a very small tv in the kitchen which looked like a relic from 20 years ago (strictly Japanese channels). If you like to cook, all necessary kitchen appliances and wares are provided. If you don’t read “kanji,” make sure you have google translate because everything is in Japanese writing. Inspect the cups because the first coffee cup I picked up still had lipstick mark. Second cup I picked up had a hardened coffee ring around stain at the bottom of the cup. Overall, convenience rule the day and I would stay here again.
