First things first, great value for money. Location couldn't be better, and big space with comfy large bed, TV with smart features etc for far cheaper than any other Brighton hotel that offers a lot less.
A few major downsides unfortunately - the ensuite bathroom didn't have a door, so any unsavoury smells would be right in the bedroom with you. The bedroom blinds were broken which meant they could not be pulled closed, so anybody walking past would've been able to look right in and see you in bed. This was fine due to the location being a bit out of the way, but more nervous travellers would probably not enjoy this. The front door (before your personal room door) had the key in when I arrived, this was really really difficult to unwedge most of the time, meaning I had to give myself an extra 10 minutes every time I left/came back due to how much shoving it needed.
Parking - couldn't work out how to make it free - not sure if this is the parking being 'included', in which case this is quite poor miss-selling, as it cost me about £30 to park overnight.
All in all, I would stay here again, especially if I'm in a bit of a financial pinch. Really good pros but just also a few quite serious cons.
