The hotel is small and exceptionally well managed by the owners Francisco and Frederica Stefanie, who are true service people who do their job with a smile and always a kind word. They work hard and are always available to make your stay a good one. The front desk person, Sylvia, helped me in ways words cannot express. My passport and license was kept by Alamo at Malpensa. I called the hotel and Sylvia made all the arrangements to get my passport delivered because Alamo failed to offer ways to return it to me. By the time I got to the hotel I was in a state of panic and exhaustion.
The staff attended to every need I had, from the lost passport to picking me up after I could not find the hotel due to exhaustion.
My dining experience was exceptional and the dinner menu never failed to make my evenings memorable. The pastries were my favorite part of each meal and knowing I couldn’t resist trying a few was one of my fondest indulgences this past week at the Hotel Diana.
I recommend this well managed and comfortable hotel at the highest level for exceeding my needs and going beyond the typical experiences I have had traveling over many years. If I go back to this area, I would never look at any other place to stay because they this one does everything with their hearts and personal touch. I felt safe, cared for and pampered here. They exceeded every expectation I didn’t even know I might have and a review of 10 is not high enough to describe this wonderful place.
