There’s a common area where kids can play and hang out if you’re traveling in a group. Coffee, tea, and snacks were provided. Microwave and tiny oven were also available. Bed is so comfy, tap water flows strongly. Room size is reasonable for 2-3 people considering the location where it is located in the main station which is very very convenient, there are many bubble tea shops around, starbucks, and convenient stores.
The down points I found are wifi is super slow, there is no window is my room, only tiny one in bathroom which is overlooking tiny alleyway. We booked a shuttle service from hotel to taoyuan airport to pick us up at 4.50am. The driver arrived at 5am and didn’t say sorry, he seemed he didn’t even care.
But above all I like the hotel. It feels like home. I’d recommend to anyone.
