I didn't know there was only one shuttle at 10am. When I checked out at noon, which was the check out time, that's when I new I missed the shuttle. I chose this hotel mostly for the shuttle. Knowing it is only limited service, I probably wouldn't stay here again.

A gem of a hotel near the airport.

This place is a gem. Large clean rooms and friendly staff. Lots to do nearby as regards restaurant etc. very close to the airport and they offer a free airport shuttle service. I think this is more than an airport hotel and would gladly spend a few nights there. I recommend this hotel !

This property is beautiful and clean, the staff was amazing and very helpful. Plenty to do in the area also with a 24 hour dining option and easy to catch a taxi or uber and the airport shuttle is very very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and the price was amazing. Definitely will revisit.

The driver that picked us up from the airport was very kind and spoke good English, so we were able to communicate easily. The reception area and the hallways are very nice, but the room itself was very rundown. The floors look like the carpet had been torn out but not replaced and there was sticky residue that got on our socks. The beds were very hard, but the linens were clean. The shower room is gross; there was some type of vent above the shower that is oozing black stuff and dripping into the shower stall. Mold/mildew a serious problem. I don't recommend staying here.

Light bulb was out in entry area to room, obscuring a step up. This led to my tripping and sprawling out on the floor with my luggage, mercifully only resulting in a few bruises. Communications about shuttle were confusing, with no response to e-mail. However, it appears that a shuttle was sent belatedly, after I had taken a taxi after waiting 20 mins. The staff were friendly and morning shuttle to airport was well organized.

Worth staying at if you don't mind taking the train to get to Seoul for tourism travels (takes an hour via train) ... but very quick if you really need to get to Incheon Airport on your day of departure since it only takes about 15 minutes (if it's not during busy hours) since Unseo Station is walking distance. Also the staff are very friendly and the room we stayed at is well-maintained and clean! Location itself is near a Lotte Mart and many restaurants. Felt safe being around that area too! So definitely worth it !

The property looks a little older in the rooms than the pictures led on. The wall looked as if it had water damage at some point. But my biggest issue was the hair that was still on the floor in the bathroom and when I took off my socks, the bottom was covered in some white residue. Didn't look like dust so not sure what it was. So to me it seemed that suite had not been cleaned properly or used in some time... maybe I don't know. It's not a bad place though but for that I didn't continue my stay, I checked out immediately. But the staff was very nice.

ホテルへメールを送っても全く返信がないので迎えのシャトルサービスは使えない。電話のみ対応しそうだか、外国人が簡単に現地の電話を手に入れられない上に日本語対応とあったが全く通じない。 部屋のタバコ臭がかなり酷かった。 良い点としては、スタッフの対応はとても親切だった。ホテルから空港へのシャトルバスも予定通りで安心できた。 すぐ側にコンビニ、スーパーや飲食店がたくさんあるので便利。

You get what you pay for

Bed sheets were clean, but bathroom and room floors were not cleaned thoroughly. Rooms and bathrooms are very outdated. But if you are just looking for an inexpensive option to sleep and not a hotel to hangout at, this place is fine for the amount they charge.

We stayed here for four hours, really just to catch up on a few hours of sleep. I had communicated our estimated time of arrival twice but there was no one in the lobby when we arrived. Waited for about 30 minutes before we were able to check in. I booked for a twin room and was upgraded to triple - I was with two kids. While I thought it was an upgrade, the moment I opened the door, the flooring was so worn down and looked dirty. The flush of the toilet bowl was also very weak.On the flip side, the linens were clean and the airport transfer was really a plus. Also, the rate was very affordable. Overall I wouldn't stay here again but grateful for their airport transfer service.

I guess good for the price but the facility was outdated. Bathroom had ants and we found several hairs in bedsheets. AC took a long time to cool down the room but it worked. Shuttle was convenient.
